AML Rescan provides cryptocurrency wallet and transaction analysis services to help users identify potential Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks. Our service includes:

• Wallet address verification
• Transaction risk assessment
• AML compliance checking
• Risk score evaluation
• Detailed analysis reports

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Our Service offers both free and paid plans:

• Free Plan: 3 free checks for new users
• Basic Plan: 10 checks for 4.4 USDT
• Standard Plan: 20 checks for 8.6 USDT
• Plus Plan: 50 checks for 21.00 USDT

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT). Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Service Limitations

We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, however:

• Our analysis is based on available blockchain data and may not be 100% accurate
• Risk scores are estimates and should not be considered legal or financial advice
• We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AML Rescan or another user
• To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• To use automated systems to access the service without permission
• To facilitate money laundering or other illegal financial activities

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AML Rescan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AML RESCAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AML Rescan and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
